We are still learning how to do this whole communications thing. We’ve got a ton of tribal knowledge, oral history, and more than a few bumps and scars related to getting Zanby off the ground. We’d love to share out everything we know about Zanby, but our history of writing things down was not so great.
So: here is how we propose dealing with this:
Wiki:
First, we’re migrating all of our old internal wiki, test documents, etc out onto the wiki at http://redmine.zanby.com/projects/z-opensource/wiki
Forums:
Second, we are going to do all of our discussions about requests, features, bugs, etc in a set of forums running in the Zanby Discussion Server at http://free.zanby.com/en/group/zanby-users/discussion/
Tracker:
Third, we’ve tipped up a new copy of redmine (which is a great tracker / project management tool, we love it, we use it, we support it, we contribute to it) at http://redmine.zanby.com/projects/z-opensource/
